Meet your dream team
Rooted in Atlanta, The Taproom Agency finely crafts customer journeys that sell. As dedicated in-house partners, we turn Shopify stores into sales powerhouses and provide the tools you need to keep your business growing.
Developer, business owner, cat enthusiast, wannabe sommelier. Kelly is the secret sauce that keeps things running day in and evening out. As The Taproom’s founder, her days consist of countless client communications, business strategy sessions, and the occasional breath of fresh air when it comes time to scarf down some midday Chick-fil-A. Always a developer at heart, you may also occasionally find her developing your custom Shopify theme. Luckily, at the end of the day, what this means for you is that she’s going to make sure your online store is a lean, mean sales machine.
When she doesn’t have her nose in a Macbook, Kelly is traveling across Europe with her 9.8/10 husband, experimenting with new gin and tonic combos, and putting on all her sweaters at once because she just loves sweaters SO MUCH.
A blend of Type A and Type B personalities, Victoria is has been called a "organized creative". With a love for efficiency, Victoria gladly takes on the challenge of finding solutions to improve workflow and make everyones lives easier.
When she's not making color coded to-do lists, timelines and sending follow-up emails, Victoria is usually collecting recipes, booking a flight (she has a serious case of wanderlust), or helping friends revamp their wardrobes. She also enjoys lounging around on her couch with a glass of tempranillo and reading through fashion/beauty blogs with her latest Hulu binge playing in the background.
Josiah put down his bass guitar, started coding and hasn't looked back. He loves working with passionate people, particularly entrepreneurs, and helping them bring visions and goals to reality.
When not at the computer, you may find Josiah hanging out with his wife, Sarah, or playing his favorite iOS game of the moment.
The most remote of our remote team members, Shannon is our Director of Marketing based in Glasgow, Scotland. With skills ranging from graphic design to copywriting to social media, she helps clients create an impactful and strategic approach to digital marketing. She's a believer in unique, interesting content that not only sells, but tells a story and showcases clients in the best possible light.
She considers herself a "born again Southerner", after many amazing trips to Atlanta with her husband and a love of iced tea, chicken biscuits, and Monday Night Brewing. But back in the land of tartan and haggis, she loves spending time with her puppy, mixing up cocktails, and baking up a storm...normally left for her husband to clean up after.
Megan is a designer in the heart of Baltimore city, driven by creating experiences that bring delight to people all over the world. She brings years of agency experience working with a wide variety of international and regional brands of all sizes in various industries, bringing their digital presence to life. She earned her BA in Studio Art with minors in Business and Art History at Gettysburg College.
Outside of work, she enjoys indulging in way too much sushi, photographing her insta-famous Golden Retriever - @hueypuppy, and binge watching true crime series with her fiancé.
Emily is an enthusiastic, empathetic soul focused on creative connections both inside and out of the "office" (her favorite office space being the great outdoors!). She enjoys travel, art, and connecting with others and brings a unique perspective to any project or life adventure.
Her family-given nickname of "Rambo" may ring true in her artistic approach in UI/UX design as well. She doesn't believe in the saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it." Instead, she loves breaking things apart to see if we can put them back together in new and exciting ways. Emily thrives in a highly collaborative environment and enjoys working with brands passionate about their product or solution.
Natascha is an art director and web designer based in the Caribbean, she loves to travel, eat pizza (way too much), and good beer.
She has a freelance background and an Advertising BA, she’s passionate about User Experience, good design, and Art Direction.
When she’s not working, you can find her watching just about any show with her husband, playing Nintendo with her little boy, or
burning the pizza calories by running behind her little toddler.
Anna is a developer from Middletown, Connecticut. A lover of all things design, Anna works with user experience and accessibility at the forefront of her process.
When she's not behind a screen for work, you'll find her behind a screen for pleasure, drinking craft beer, obsessively mothering her dog, or basking in the beautiful New England outdoors.
Dani has been coding since the days of marquees and cursor trails, always striving to make her Neopets Pet Pages and Livejournal look unique in the sea of the budding internet. Since then she's become a full-fledged developer, working in the e-Commerce realm for several years. Her hope is to make the internet a little more beautiful, inside and out, one line of code at a time.
When she's not being a styling savant, Dani likes to spend her time playing video games (even Twitch streaming with her partner sometimes), tending to a very needy cat named Izzy, and watching copious amounts of The Simpsons.
Formerly a lawyer, Jose left the corporate world behind when he started programming. He loves to travel, meet new people, visit new places and he makes the greatest BBQ and the best guacamole (according to his wife).
When he's not working you can find him sharing with his family, watching some outer space series, or thinking about his next meal.
Jackie is a developer who hails from Philly and currently calls Allentown, PA home. With a formal background in design and a passion for problem solving, she loves coming up with creative solutions to craft unique user experiences.
When she’s not jamming to lofi beats and coding, you can find her sipping on craft beers, hand lettering, or working on some home reno projects with her partner and their pit bull Penny.
Gina is our all-star content specialist, lending her hand on all things data migration and product configuration (and making a stellar pot of coffee). She additionally freelances her time in various avenues, primarily in the entertainment and events industry. Using her strong analytical skills and attention to detail, she makes 100% sure your product and page information is migrated perfectly over to Shopify, and no links get left behind.
Outside of work, she spends her time with her husband, cats, and volunteering at the local animal shelter. Oh - did I mention she's my mother-in-law? Bonus points.
Ruby is the boundless spirit that inspires us to so effectively run around the yard keep things running on the day to day. Her skills include getting into things that don't belong to her, catching and playing with any available wildlife, and providing the best stress relief in the form of head pats.
That's about all she does, but that's okay. She says she wants to code, but typing is a struggle. We'll get there.

I feel so fortunate to have found Kelly to bring my site and business to life. When I asked if something was possible, she investigated the possibilities before saying no or suggesting something else. She has a great eye and is great sounding board. Her follow up is great in all situations. Thanks to Kelly I have the functionality and look I envisioned in my dream! — Marc Skid
Kelly's knowledge of the [Shopify] platform, ability to tell us what would/wouldn’t work on the site, and her attention to detail were all very impressive. Most importantly she set deadlines we needed to hit so we could hit our target launch date. — Chic Soul
